The SX4  delivers a sporty handling response in both the 6 speed manual and CVT automatic transmission. The SX4 is designed around comfort and enhancing your driving experience with power windows and mirrors, with auxiliary input jack and steering wheel audio controls. It also has the added reassurance of  Electronic Stability Control (ESC) as standard.

Wheels

16 inch steel wheels available on base Hatch and AWD models. 16 inch alloys available on SX4 AWD S model. 17 inch alloy wheels available on SX4 Hatch S and and Sedan S models.

Fog lights

Provide a wide flat beam aimed low to increase the illumination directed towards the road surface in conditions of poor visibility, reducing the glare back from fog, rain, dust or snow. Available on SX4 Hatch S and AWD S.

Roof rails

Allow you to carry extra luggage on the top of the vehicle. Also gives you extra room for carrying people and luggage.

Visibility

The higher seating position in the SX4 allows better visibility of the road ahead. Rear passengers feel better in a more spacious environment, thanks to the “stadium seating” arrangement, where the rear seats are higher than the front ones.

Flexible rear storage

The luggage area has been redesigned to provide maximum flexibility. Offering 992L of maximum cargo capacity (hatch and AWD), SX4 delivers outstanding versatility in carrying passengers and luggage. SX4 has 60/40 split fold rear seats, allowing you to load bigger or unusually shaped items.

Boot capacity

The sedan’s cavernous boot delivers 515L of cargo capacity, better than many large and midsize models available in the market.

Keyless Start System

A built-in transmitter on the ignition key allows you to lock and unlock the door simply by touching a button on the door handle.  Furthermore, this feature allows the convenience of starting the engine without using the key itself, meaning you’ll never have to fumble around for your car keys.

Dash integrated sound system

Dash Integrated Sound System both attractive and functional. With an MP3 compatible CD player and also an auxiliary input jack, SX4 offers crisp and clear sound quality. 8 speakers (4 door speakers and 4 tweeters) are standard, while S models have an additional centre dash speaker.

Cruise control

Ideal for relaxing and comfortable driving during long trips, and also helps to avoid unwanted speeding tickets. It is also proved that cruise control use improves fuel efficiency. Illuminate controls are placed on the steering wheel for ease of reach and use.

Multi Information Display

New information display moved from the centre console to the instrument panel for better visibility and practicality. Functions: digital clock, outside temperature, fuel consumption (average, instantaneous), driving range (distance to empty).

Engine

2.0L 4-cylinders petrol with VVT. The new J20B engine introduces VVT (Variable Valve Timing) technology to the SX4 range, delivering more performance, better fuel efficiency, lower emissions and better NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) performance.

I-All Wheel Drive System

The i-AWD intuitively adjusts the torque between front and rear wheels according to road and driving conditions. This maximises AWD performance and delivers superior control on the most challenging surfaces.

Chassis

The SX4 body offers high levels of torsional and bending rigidity. The result is crisp and predictable handling even for a car with high ground clearance, the ideal combination of comfort and driving enjoyment. The body was designed to accommodate wide tracks and large tyres for improved stability and handling.
